Here is a great workout I’ve done for a 60 minute Full Body Challenge Class. It hits arms, legs, core, and cardio paired with your favorite playlist it is sure to be a great workout. I shortened the rounds to for this purpose to keep it to 45 mins. Keep a timer close by or use an app to keep time for you!

Equipment Needed: yourself, mat, dumbbells

Warm Up (2 x :45)

  1. Jog in Place
  2. Squats
  3. Walk outs with push up

Set 1 (45 – 30 – 20)

  1. Romanian Deadlift
  2. Shoulder Press
  3. Russian Twists

Cardio Burst (2 x 20 work/10 rest)

  1. Side skaters
  2. Around the world jumps
  3. Jumping jacks
  4. High knees

Set 2 (45-30-20)

  1. Weighted squat to calf raise
  2. Bicep Curl
  3. Sit up w/ weight (push to ceiling at the top)

Repeat Cardio Set

Set 3 (45 – 30 – 20)

  1. Alt lunges with twist over front leg
  2. Bent over row
  3. Push ups

Repeat Cardio Set

Set 4 (45-30-20)

  1. Sumo squat
  2. Tricep overhead extension
  3. Spider planks
