Here is a great workout I’ve done for a 60 minute Full Body Challenge Class. It hits arms, legs, core, and cardio paired with your favorite playlist it is sure to be a great workout. I shortened the rounds to for this purpose to keep it to 45 mins. Keep a timer close by or use an app to keep time for you!
Equipment Needed: yourself, mat, dumbbells
Warm Up (2 x :45)
- Jog in Place
- Squats
- Walk outs with push up
Set 1 (45 – 30 – 20)
- Romanian Deadlift
- Shoulder Press
- Russian Twists
Cardio Burst (2 x 20 work/10 rest)
- Side skaters
- Around the world jumps
- Jumping jacks
- High knees
Set 2 (45-30-20)
- Weighted squat to calf raise
- Bicep Curl
- Sit up w/ weight (push to ceiling at the top)
Repeat Cardio Set
Set 3 (45 – 30 – 20)
- Alt lunges with twist over front leg
- Bent over row
- Push ups
Repeat Cardio Set
Set 4 (45-30-20)
- Sumo squat
- Tricep overhead extension
- Spider planks
