Introducing Workout Wednesday! Here I’ll post a full body workout that you only need a mat, yourself and maybe some dumbbells. Did this one on Monday and it was a sweaty one! I use an app to keep time for me called Boxing Timer. You can set the work time and the rest time to keep you on track for the entire time (something I have trouble with when working out on my own).

 

This took me about 45 minutes and was a great way to start my week. If you to shorten it just take away a round or shorten the time for rounds 2 and 3.

Warm Up

  1. 20 hamstring curls (option to add hop)
  2. 15 body weight squats
  3. 20 jumping jacks
  4. 10 inch worms (option to add push up)

Set 1 (3 x :45)

  1. Static lunge (left leg)
  2. Static lunge (right leg)
  3. Plank rows (option to add push up)

Set 2 (3 x :45)

  1. Surrender squats
  2. Bicep curls
  3. Plank jacks

Set 3 (3 x :45)

  1. Romanian deadlift
  2. Shoulder press
  3. Catcher squats

Set 4 (3 x :45)

  1. Curtsey lunge (left side)
  2. Curtsey lunge (right side)
  3. Chest press/Push ups

Set 5 (3 x :30)

  1. Flutter kicks
  2. Bicycle crunches
  3. Reverse crunches
